Reason being is the car is now twice as fast as it was prior to messing with the cap I mean I have been driving this car for quite some time and it has never pulled like this . My question is am I going to hurt anything running it the way it is? It pulls very hard when your on it but it studders a little on gentle acceleration. I have not had the chance to put the A/F gauge back in it so I'm not sure if I'm rich or lean etc. Anything I should watch out for? The car is 1989 4 dr shadow ES 2.5TI,5spd,TII intercooler,2.5" exhaust with a manual boost controller set to 14ish psi. 187 000km

Also switching to the 4 wire AIS from the 2 wire, will my existing computer setup work with the 4 wire AIS? I'm on an extremely limited budget, I found out the hard way (by ruining my 52mm TB I bought) that different from the info I had found, the AIS is different from my old draw through TB to the blow through one. I have some problem with my 1989 shelby z, code 42 showing.
The car got ASD circuit problem i think, when ground the DB/YL wire the fuel pump don't start, the fuel pump is not broken. And when cranking the engine there is no spark.
Can somebody post me the ASD circuit diagram or help me whit the problem?

I am trying to save a few bucks out of pocket, so my question is two fold. (1) Do these parts seem correct for the car? Because between dealerships and parts stores, they are positive that these are not the right replacement parts, and

(2) Does anybody know where I can get these parts (if correct) at a cheaper price?

The original died awhile back and I replaced it with a new NAPA unit. It lasted only a few months and quit. I was so burned I took the car off the road and it sat for about 3-4 years. Recently I decided to get it going again, sucked it up and bought another new NAPA unit. Not cheap. It only lasted a few days before dying. I can't beleive it. Can there be another problem? It's been swapped over to a 2.5 with a little porting, but stock otherwise. My big question is, now that i got them in, I thought all the orings had seated. I wasn't so lucky. Made it about 12 miles and the o-ring on cylinder 4 blew out around the injector.

I'd like to see/hear about some of the setups you guys are running that have DSM injectors on your 2 piece intake cars. Is the billet fuel rails that turbos unleashed and FWD performance worth the cost? How well do they seat/seal compared to the stock fuel rail? I'm sure in the future i'll be moving to an AFPR.

Actually, they're rated 3300cc at 101psi fuel pressure.. So given one BAD ASS pump, they could be 330lb injectors.. ;)
While they don't sell them at that site, if you dig around you can find their primary vendor.. Let's just say, if you have to ask how much, you won't like the answer..
