For a Dodge or a Shelby?

Just looking at your "My Ride"

With my 94 Shadow I had full coverage(had a lien) I would have had state requirement if it would have made it to the day it was paid off...

My CSX had state requirement cause I couldn't get full coverage or classic/historic insurance cause I don't have a garage... That and I was going to put more then 10K a year on it

Try Grundy.com , had a write off value for my car at 15K no questions asked. Plan on going back to them when my car is finished. They do not have the limits that a lot of places have. I forget what I was paying but it was stupid low.

Agreed Value (not like standard insurance companies who depreciate your car's value).
No Model Year Limitation
Highest Liability Limits
Automatic Coverage for (30) days on newly acquired collector cars
Unlimited Mileage

AAA works good for me incase the car ever breaks down! Luckily I haven't had to use any free Tows yet.

I'm with Grundy too. It's great deal so long as you have a garage and have other cars that you drive for the normal day to day stuff (to work, errands, etc.). I've got my car insured for just under $7000, and it cost me $124 for the year.

When I spoke with my regular auto insurance AAA agent, they told me that they did not offer collector car insurance. I had to insure my then Buick for its book value of $8000 at a cost of $750/yr. And that was for just 3000 miles per year.
