pretty much every jeep / dodge truck / chryco car from 80s thru the mid 2000s used the same size radio and wiring

I have used a CD player from a neon in a acclaim, CD/cassette combo from cherokee in an omni, etc etc

PS I cant believe how much $$ junkyards want for OEM radios ! 125$ for a CD seems to be the going rate ...

correction:
most chryslers stopped in 2001, the wrangler was the only one in 2002 that had the square style radio
my 77 volare has the same dash kit but the wiring is different.
for $125 you could do a decent aftermarket, (dash kit and harness included) and not have any problems

Mabye I just got lucky then, I have a regular DIN headunit in, mabye I havent noticed a kit in the slot.
