ive got a 86 Shelby Charger and it has a miss in the engine and i cant find out what might be wrong i just starting working on the car a week or two ago and im still learning ive changed the spark plugs and spark plug wires and the gap is right so if you know why it might be doing this please help me thanks

Keep going on the tuneup and change the cap, rotor, and check your timing. That would be the next thing I'd do.
