quick question, I know the GLHS charger and omni are rated at 175hp and 175 torque, but are these numbers measured at the crank? or did it make 175hp and 175 torque at the WHEELS?

Those were the advertised numbers and as such are "net horsepower" ratings which are from the crank, but with some accessories such as water pump, alternator, and power steering attached.

From my experience (I've seen at least a couple dozen dynoed), most of the T2 style cars rated at 175 HP, when stock make about 145-150 hp at the tire.

That would be a 35% drivetrain loss. Pathetic, even by 1986/87 standards. The 145 seems more believable
