A friend of mine use to have an 89. It was pretty darn decent, but he didnt know what he had, he traded it off for a Nissan truck. That was in Harlan Iowa.

Only 258 Radiant Silver (paint code PA1) cars were built. I've owned three of them :-) All three are now owned by people on this board.

I have one of ScottD's old ones in Minneapolis, MN.
I know of one other Silver 89 that was a hard-top, that was here in Minneapolis. Also, there was one (hard-top) owned by a board member in Burnsville, MN but that one went to the scrap yard sometime in the last year or so.

I bought a silver Daytona Shelby new in April of 1969 from HW Hunter Dodge in Lancaster California, at that time there were two (2) on the identical cars on the lot. When I moved to Georgia in 1991 I saw two (2) more silver cars, one (1) with T-Top.

I truly think that regardless of the fact that they are not considered #'d vehicles, these silver cars will be worth some value some day. I wish I had one, they're sooooo nice in their appearance. Too bad more weren't made though.
