Do you have a turbo minivan that you've modified and, better still, drag raced? Great!
Do you live in the midwest, the closer to Chicago the better? Perfect!
If you fit the above profile--or know somebody who does--please talk to me immediately via direct email: dempsey at xmission dot com. I've been contacted for a special project which you'll definitely want to be part of. Please spread the word to appropriate people who might not regularly check into this forum (such as Paul Smith).
Thank you from Dempsey Bowling!

I can't do that yet. I was specifically asked not to do so, in fact. The person in charge doesn't want me to spill the beans publicly until things are well under way.

Is something going on at Route 66 Raceway in Joliet?? I love that track, and if this is off far enough for me to plan and get axles made, I may make the trip out from Boston. Engine is just to much for driveline parts right now, but if I can get it done, Id love to take a few days out that way.
Do you still have my email?? We traded a lot back when I was bulding, your actually the reason Im not forcing a million PSI through a stock head, but have a Menagon prepped G instead. So glad I listened to you, man does it pull hard.
LMK Dempsey, thanks

HI Dempsey,
Me and my Dad own 3 turbo Minis, you met him in person once at Turbopalloza a couple of years ago. He goes by the handle of BIG PSI. His real name is Chuck Green and mine is Bryan. We live in NE Ohio (close to Akron). Right now we are working on hot rodding our 1989 Plymouth GRAND Voyager SE in Twlight Blue.
You do remember out 1989 Claret Red Ddodge Caravan ES that we call RUBY ?
We melted a couple of pistons two years ago and the van has been in storage ever since. So do tell what's up !!!!!!!!!!!
The Green's

Two turbo mini's with drivers ready here in Milwaukee.
All I want to know is should I plan on dropping a DOHC
from garage on for this? Need maybe a weeks notice.

Gray one is definatly a sleeper! Red one could be transformed
from a 14 second driver to a DOHC screamer in a few days!
Love to have an excuse to drop the new motor/head/turbo
in my garage in van...whats the minivan ET record
Plugging away on the Colt, updated pics soon (seating for 2!).

Moved this over here from lounge and stickied, there is a plan
underway and we would like all willing van owners to race. Will
be an evening at one of 2 tracks in the Milw/Chi area just
making fun pass's during a test and tune night, sound off if
remotely interested and I will write you back as date is set.
This is NOT a TV show, you wont be on Pinks or Speedvision.
You WILL be sorry you missed it if you decline, the reason
for secrecy will be clear later....
Stay tuned, no earlier than April 1st and probably sooner
than mid May at latest. Gonna delete some posts only to
keep people intersted replies viewable.
