Well its summertime. How about a cook out somewhere? Maybe a park somewhere around Daytona? The closer to J-Ville the less of a walk home for me. Maybe Itchetucknee(sp) or somwhere where you can swim.

I'm finally starting to get all the pieces back for the Voyager rebuild. Just waiting on the turbo which should hit tomorrow then a replacement head gasket for the one which I rec'd damaged. I need to get it back on the road soon because the Jeep isn't easy on gas

been ready for a meet. you guys know this, tried putting stuff together in the past, not nearly the showing that i would hope. since Kevin is MIA who knows. im trying to work with Bill to get somthing together. really not much else i can do if nobody shows any real intrest.

I will put a post on floridaneons.org and see who would be interested. The typical neon meet is in Orlando at Race Rock. But, that is where the mass of guys are at...

i do like the idea of a cook out though... but yeah, we definetly need a better turn out. if my stuff for sale dosnt sell in the forsale section, i can bring it to the meeting and they will be up for grabs. we could also try doing a track day/night which wouldbe really cool

track days have been tried in the past. they never work out well. nobody wants to drive a couple hours to a track and break.

i was thinking rennigers classic car show in Mt. Dora again for a TD meet. what do you guys think about that?

if we can get a turn out like we did a while back at lake parker in lakeland that would be awesome!

First of all ,when you get the wave going you can't lay back for 3 months till the next meet! I thought lake parker was a good turnout,Then nothing till race rock & our Leader can't make that one either . I met up with Rick & Bill at Mt Dora once Last year but other things got in the way of the other meets this year. Get the ball rolling and keep it rolling and people will come....Dave.

i vote for KJ, only cause i know he will stay on top of things! hes a great guy and organizer... now if only he drove a 2.5 instead of that wimpy 2.2 =P
