I was actually thinking of going this weekend but the weather doesn't look that great. So far 40% showers and at the valley that means they won't run.

If I don't go this weekend..... next weekend is a go for me............weather pending

Fast omni? My stupid omni hasent even got into the 11s yet. Dave is the one with the fast omni. If I do go its only gonna be on 20-22psi. Im so sick of breakin this stupid car and buyin $100+ cometic gaskets. The MP gasket will hold 22 or so for long enough. I lay some mid or high 12s if I put slicks on it.

:-)

.....i see, 12's aren't fast for an omni?

i like that, keep the bar high.

i was reviewing some videos i made April this year, Dave clicked off (3) seperate runs in the mid-high 11's and (1) in the low 12's on same day at LVD.

12s are ok i guess. Remember tho I made the same or mabey a little more power than dave (i think he calculated not dynoed) and I did it all boost
So if my car goes mid to hi 11s it should be "fast" on spray I need to go back to the dyno in the spring, i still got some more tricks. I made 340/340 on the 12th run last time and the car was HOT. so if I can make 10 or more hp from a little cool down and 10-15 tuning wise 360hp would be sweet considering I know for a fact that a 75shot will make almost 90 or more hp. so mid to hi 400s will be sweet. I still say I wanna beat tony's 498.7hp # tho. And I got the balls and time to do it! mabey next year
