Drag Racing Irwindale CA September 7th

Sorry for the short notice!!

In conjunction with our 'every first Thursday of the month meeting' (Over 14 years now BTW) for TD/SD, we are heading out to Irwindale raceway to make a few passes. Gates open at 4pm, a few of us will be there right when they open and racing starts at 5pm. WE ARE STILL HAVING THE REGULAR MEETING at Applebees that evening! We will have time to make 4-5 passes early on as it doesn't get busy until later, then from there we will be heading to our regularly scheduled programing for a few libations, trash talking, and some bench racing till the wee hours like always.

I understand that Alan shall be giving joyrides in the S car for anyone who wants one! It is running good for the first time in a long time with an intake manifold that DOESN'T leak boost I'm gonna try my best to get an area in the pits reserved for us. I'll have a couple video cameras there to tape the spankings that will be served to the camaro/mustang crowd!!

I spoke to Brad, and I believe he won't make it since he has to swap out a bunch of items to ensure his CSXT is smog friendly.
