Because of onslaught of SNOW, the event has been pushed back a week.

Rescheduled for Saturday, April 14th. Have we been this way before? LOL!

Mark we could always hit up the valley. They open this weekend and might not get as much snow as epping. Only time will tell. The thing is well, The glhs will be on the back burner soon cause I need to race the Coronet. I was hoping to hit the track with the glhs prior to the june 9th lvd meet.

The weather is looking pretty good for saturday so far. I hope they dont get another snow out up there. This spring is not going to happen it looks like winter to summer and back to winter. No more 4 seasons.

DEFINATLY !!!

I got the car running good too. I do have a boost spike pretty bad but on race fuel Im not to worried. I did make a pull on the g-tech last night from a stand still and had to feather the throttle to keep the boost low and still managed to get a pretty good readout that I was more than happy with. I dont have my slicks yet so this time around will be on BFG DRAGS. So sould be some high MPH and no ET

Just an Idea, NED will be racing the HotRod event plus a TT, The parking lot and the pits are not 100% paved. LVD is just having there TT opener with 100% pavement. Its just that there is alot of rain and well last weekend NED closed due to mud.. So you see what I might be getting at..

Actually if you check there site it was due to snow, and there was a nice picture of the track all in white.

I do see what you are saying though. I think since the NOPI show has come to NED about 80% of the pits were paved. I was there a dozen times last year and had no problems with mud in the pits. Its all where you park. I like to be along the fence parrellel to the track.

Good luck @ LVD, they got like 7" up there I heard. Bring your snows instead of slicks!!

Just talked to both tracks at 9:14 am Friday. LVD will have the dragstrip open, Talked to NED they told me it would be better to call them at 7:00am tommorow, That they had alot of wet stuff. I have made my mind up. Ultra87z you need to find a different weather man. Both tracks have links to the weatherchannel. I would hate to see you miss racing because of false info.
Damn weather men change the forcast every hour.

80% of the pits are paved.... To funny, I race points and CMDR everyweekend or so at NED and they paved a 500x500 foot area, I know it looks like alot but what they need to do is pave the whole thing. And the track was not closed from the snow it was from the mud in the pits and the entrance way. I talked to Joe the track manager. The photo was taken the day of the snow but melted off the track very quickly.
