Pretty expensive because you have to join one of the racing classes. like 25 bucks + 10 for your class or something like that.

:P I bet i was more fun watching cars in the wind then waiting in line in cars in the wind :P
Test and tunes is probably the best time to watch as the fast cars are out, and its only 5 bucks.

the first two 1/8ths were just 9.0, 9.0 with my left slick rubbing badly and the car pulling to the left and trying to hit the wall.
Then we ran less tire pressure with the driver side slick not rubbing so bad and the slick started cupping cause pressure was a little to low and it ran 9.39 cause it wouldnt hook up.
So I didnt really get a good pass even on the bad slicks.

Wednesday should be alot better. The wind will hopfully not be there. Thats the first time I have ever seen them limit us to a 1/8 mile. LAME! And, Brent, lets try my slicks. That car has a 12 second pass in it on 5-6psi. Maybe you could come up early, and we could go do some quick datalogs just to make sure everything is ok and you couldnt gain some by turning the fuel pressure down or somthing. Then head to the track.

So.. I guess a certain VW guy still doesn't realize I know about the attempt at a joke and claims he did run previously mentioned time with a fully built motor...
Anyways is anyone else besides Brent going to try and get a run on their cars?..
I try and get my brother to run but he doesn't.. I kind of understand why as he says he has nothing 2 prove and dont care what anyone else thinks cuz they dont pay his bills or help him in anyway and he is right, Plus I give him enough of a hard time anyway..
But man sibling rivalry can be a major pita sometimes...
He told me this weekend something like his cars never have the amount of problems my td's have and I said well yeah when you pay 10k 17k and 30k for your cars Aand they are alot newer, they shouldnt have any problems if so I would be pretty pissed...But I also said just cuz some cars look nicer dont mean they are always faster.
But 2 be fair his cars are nice and pretty decent and quick, Except his saturn haha...
But some people rather have a nice quick car than a old fast car... But an 05 Acura TL is no slouch hence the 30k price tag.... Its just not T2 Td fast
Anyways anyone else have similar sibling rivalries?

I was at RMR, saturday! It totally sucked that they limited us to 1/8th mile runs. REALLY pissed me off! I own the Yellow SRT-4 with the CF hood and black spoiler. If you happened to notice by the 1/8th mile E.T.'s vs trap speed, my car isn't exactly a very good half track car. Loads of top end, but nothing in the 1/8th!
As for sibling rivalry...My brother owns a 2000 Trans-Am that he is currently building up to be one hell of a beast! But until he gets that all finished up, I don't have any sibling rivalry. And I'm sure it will be a while before he ever gets that thing all tweaked and tuned in just right. It's also likely I will be having to help the adversary to get it just right...LOL! Then it will be nothing but game over for me...
But it's 2 completely different games, anyways! I know there are several limits to FWD vehicles, but that's what makes it so exciting and impressive...the challenge of making it all work!
Anyways, RMR was extremely GHEY last Saturday. It irritates me beyond anything imaginable how arrogant and asinine some of the staff are over there.
I sat around for about 2 hours waiting to see if they would lift the 1/8th mile limit. After a while I got tired of sitting around with no signs of wind letting up, so I decided to make a pass. As I pulled around, the staff guy asked for my run card, then proceeded to tell me I had already run once, and that I snuck it in without him punching my run card!
Of course, I told him otherwise, and he just gave me nothing but attitude! Whatever! That place is clueless when it comes to moving people in and out, and creating a smooth, easy going, fun experience!
I can only hope that Miller builds a drag strip in the near future!

Your car was moving! Much props. And its totally amazing what that stock motor can handle. Good luck to ya this season, and keep us updated on how you do.
And, on the errogant thing. One of the track officals was giving me a bunch of shit because I was Brents "support" vehicle. He told me, we are not going to have enough parking for all your guys cars. We have 300 oval guys coming. I told him, we have to put the tools in my car when he runs, and if he parks behind me. We dont take up even as much space as a big trailer. He told me tough, and we had to put the tools in my car and park it in the lot. Needless to say, He didnt come find me, I didnt move my car. RMR can bite my non mullet having ass!
