I agree the small amount of us does make it harder. Maybe we need to make some biz cars or somthing to put on people windows. I would just like to see more people, even if some of the cars are broke. lol

Oh, and no OBX for the RT! Putting in a quaife from FWD. Cindy F-IN rocks!

Also, if anyone needs an A-413, non-CB, and a 287 head I'll have them shortly and I'd rather not try and sell them online.

I am looking for gray interior trim for a J-body (1987-1989) LeBaron coupe hardtop. If you have anything please PM me before throwing it out. I am also selling tan trim if you're interested.

I don't know what will get others out to the meetings, but I know after being around these cars for years it takes something more then just standing in a parking lot checking out each others cars to get me very excited. Maybe a dyno day, or a event combined with another club to increase the number to make it practical to participate like a day out at Miller Motorsport park. Maybe picking some of the car shows in the area and making a special push to get some Turbo Dodge guys in the show. A afternoon at Fast kart for a little competition with someone elses wheels we don't have to worry about breaking.

Also the other idea to increase attendance is a Towing service to see if they can help get some of the cars their . But really what about a car of the month day and let some guys submit their needs of help and go over to their house and help them with their cars. Obiously to keep us all busy we would need a couple of cars of month to tinker with. We probably could do a Saturday here at my work I have a pressure washer here and have a detail day getting some of our cars cleaned up. And to be fair about our cars always being broke a large portion of the breaks are due to the way our cars are getting thrased and some is just neglect. Unless you have a TIII car then I know from experience they break just because you put the key in the ignition. But I have had great luck with the T1 & T2 cars as far as dependability. But when I go through one, I usually replace all wear items at the same time instead of one belt or hose a week.

Those are some good ideas.

I'd love to take part in any of those things.

Agreed. I would like a cart day out a miller motorsports park, or the car wash idea. A cruise, anything! lol

I agree. I like the idea of a detail day. That would be kind of cool. Everyone could just bring their stuff and we could just go at it. Where in the heck could we all go to do that sort of thing though?! Can you imagine 5 or 6 cars all pulled into a driveway ready to be detailed? Ill bet that would be a good way to learn tips and tricks from each other. I also like the fastkart idea, that would be a blast!

Miller motorsports karts > fast kart
If we want to go karting, we need to go out there. Its FAR better than fastkart. Hands down. The detail thing is cool too.

Like My dad said we could do the detailing at his work = big parking lot.
There are also lots of car shows it would be fun to cruise into together. Like the 1st wenesday of every month at Jordan Landing! Check out JCHackett.com for car shows!

I like all the ideas so far.... Should we do the detailing meet at the june meeting? or mess with cars? I like that idea. I know my downpipe will be done soon and I am going to need some help convicing the firewall to move some to fit the holset in.

Who's up for a detail/tinker day?

We should wait a few for the dyno day. I would love to dyno my car, but not the shelby. lol

I have also talked to one of the local veedub board owners, and he is going to post the idea of a dual meet. He likes it other than he is worried. He tells me "veedub guys are real laid back" I laughed and said TD guys are the same. Just car guys at heart. We just happen to drive TD's.
