I am going to try. Oil pressure is stitting lower than I want, so I am going to pull the pan, check the pickup and pump and all that fun stuff. My buddy with a wrx is convinced it will smoke his car after a ride in it. lol Its running so good, tons of oil is getting to the lifters, so I am hoping its just a gauge issue somehow.

Nope. Not a gauge issue, but not the problem I thought it would be either. Dont really want to talk much about it untill I make a few phone calls in the morning. But, lets just say that for as unhappy as I was about the cam plugs not being in there. I am even more thrilled about this. Best part is, it is so not my fault! Which is why I dont want to talk about it untill I get a few things figured out. Needless to say, the car is back on jackstands, and I am just SO happy about it.

...No other car Corey... The CSX. The Lancer is still Up for grabs and possibly the GLHS if the right money comes along.

The guy doesnt want to take anything away from our vendors rather maybe get a link from them so he can have stuff we need at his shop closer to us. But he would get it from Cindy. But he also meant he can custom Build stuff like Headers, Exhaust, Gauges Setups, Fabrication type stuff. And I think its a great Idea Cause he gets business and we get away to get parts faster and more conveniently.
SO July 14th?

Where?

And I cant believe I missed the show

Anyone have any pics up?

BTW Car is up and running like a champ! I cant believe how strong it feels on 5.1psi! Hard to keep traction and keep out of the rev limiter in first.

whatever I got my spirit started tonight with the custom intake manifold I built and it has uber awesome oil pressure in the manifold lol. No missing plugs.

Id like to get that manifold tested and then installed on the duster for saturday.

Well its not like all of us can make a custom header for our cars otherwise there would be a glut of them floating around.
Plus If a local shop is willing to help support our cars whats the problem?
Tinkering is one thing, Getting something made by someone who has experience is another especially if your trying to go higher with your plans..
I would think people would love to have local access to the parts we need for our cars.

I only suggested it cause it made sense. I mean there is no harm in trying to make things easier right?

if he gets the parts from Cindy i dont see a problem, although he might mark up the price. him making headers i dont have a problem with either. but most of us dont care for having anyone install stuff for us, thats something you might like devin.

Agreed, but, I still would buy a header from a vendor that knows what works for our cars, but, I would like to be able to get things for my car local. as long as he was getting the stuff though a vendor, but there is that mark up.
