MNSDAC Meeting for August and Sept. need your input!

I believe saturday would work for me. I'm not sure when I'm going to look at that car but otherwise this would be top priority for me. What time were we thinking? I don't know if I can make it too early. I guess the later the better. We were talking Porkies right? And then Anoka?

I figured if we went to Porky's at 1:00 then we could all park in the back again. The car show in Anoka starts at 5:00.

If we went to Anoka and then tried to go down to Porky's at 7:00 or so then we probably wouldn't find that many spots open. That's what I was thinking.

If people can't make it to Porky's maybe they will be able to hit the car show. The Car show in Anoka is right off main street and 4th ave on the north side of main street.

I will have to meet you in Anoka. I'm going to go to a couple salvage yards after work. Where in Anoka is the show?

The Car show in Anoka is right off main street and 4th ave on the north side of main street and east of the Rum River. It's right by Billy's Bar and Grille and Serums if you know where that is?

I think I do.
Last September, we met at 4PM at Porkies and got the whole back row. And Robin was the only one there on time. The rest of us seemed to show up between 4:30 and 4:35. I think the owners of Porkies are a little less tolerant of people holding spots all day than they were a year ago. At least that's what I heard. But as long as we spend money I guess they can't say much.

I may actually try Porky's food once. Heh. I was down there during the weekend of Car Craft and they were selling parking for $2.00 and that $$$$ was redeemable for food. Good idea I say.

Don't be alarmed if I don't show right at 1:00. It may be closer to 2:00. I just have tons of projects at home and need to get as many of them done as possible.

What are you driving Paul? Oh, I do want those rims. The price is right. I was responding last night and the storm shut the "puter off on me. I have some steel rims with tires I can donate. I believe. Would Wednsday work for you?

Yea, I'm usually on time, if I can find everyone. I will have the Daytona this weekend.

Wednesday as in today? Its a little late, don't cha think? Next week Wednesday should work fine. The only day that will not work is Tuesday. Jim can come and grab some stuff that day also. With a little luck, this car can be ready to haul off as early as Sunday

Those steel wheels should work well--even better if they have some crappy rubber on them since the metal will dig into my asphalt driveway. I don't have much here at home to change tires.

Yes, today. LOL. But as it is, a friend called me tonight and was asking me about older MOPARS. I was on the phone so long I forgot about the time. He's thinking about restoring a Cuda or Challenger. He wanted to know if I knew where he could find one. I told him it'll cost a fortune.
