I won't be going out of town, but if something happens in town, on account of rain, I'de be there.
My brother and a co-worker are coming over to load my Daytona up on a trailer. Getting the glass pulled at work, and mounting it on the rotisserie this week, prepping for media blast. It should be to media blasting by Friday, or next Monday...Expect some pictures this week. The car is naked, looks funny.

I am recooperating from the Tequila last night, but keep me posted on whats going on.

LOL Bob...Still no pictures from the August meeting on your page.

I say we meet up. The rain will hold off until the afternoon. How early can I ring peoples' phones? I better get to bed....

Also remember that Rock falls gets different weather than the twin cities does. I lost count of how many days it was raining in St. Paul all day long and by the time I got home, not a cloud in the sky.

I just checked the Rock Falls Raceway site. It said racing went ahead today. I've been in Duluth all day and the weather was horrible, the rockfalls site said it was fine there. Tomorrow will be okay I think. I'm going tomorrow morning. Hope to see you there. Can someone bring an extra helmet (snell 98 or newer for me). My new helmet never came, I have a helmet, but it isn't Snell 98 or newer specified. I'd really appreciate it. Thanks boys. See you tomorrow. I'm planning to arrive about 9 am. Look for the green daytona with ontario plates.

We have two people in. I was able to borrow a helmet from my neighbor who purchased it just last year. To race or not to race.... to race or not to race....

Are there any plans to meet up somewhere and cruise down together?

Ryan and I are planning on going but I'm unsure as to how to get there and I hear that there is a detour.

check the site. Rock Falls Raceway and it will tell you how to get there. I'm heading in from Wisconsin side so I'm taking a different road than you. Hopefully I can borrow a helmet from someone and we can race. See you guys tomorrow.

We were going to meet up at the McDonalds in Hudson, WI at like 7:00 am. If everything at Rock Falls starts at 9:00, we'd want to leave hudson at like 7:30 or so. It should be a 45 minute drive from there. I am unaware of the detour, but if there is, traffic can't be very bad Sunday morning this time of year even with Road construction.

In Hudson, I am pretty sure that the exit you want is the Carmichael Rd. Exit. It'll be the 2nd one in Wisconsin from I-94. Take a right and another right to get to the McDonalds. Unless it has changed; I have not hung around Hudson much in the last five years at least. I have to re-remember how to get to the rock also.... Rock Falls Raceway should have that information.

The address that the website has listed is a PO Box. I'm sure once we get close there will be cars to follow.. lol. But one of the guys on MNSRT4 said that there was a detour (construction, I guess?) and that he knew a quicker way. Who knows.

Take I-94 East to the 2nd Eau Claire Exit (#65 - WI 37/WI 85)
Exit on to Hwy 37 South and travel approx. 3 miles until you reach Hwy 85.
Turn right on to Hwy. 85. Travel approx. 6 miles in to Caryville.
Take the first left hand turn in Caryville on to 190th Ave.
Travel approx. 1 mile and take a right on 1000th St.
Go up the hill and Rock Falls Raceway is located on your left hand side.

Hehe, lets not rely on google or mapquest directions unless you want to get lost. I am leaving in a few moments.

Well I'm glad some of you made it. I broke my window on my Shadow convertible, it's down and won't go up, I wasn't going to take the chance of cruzing out there with a window I can't role up.

Congrats. Nice to see you guys there. Too bad I was unlucky with the clutch I would have loved to run the quick 16 class. I think 13.7's or so would have put me in there.
