I musta miss led you, I'm selling only the 89 523, and I'll be keeping the 555 around, incase my deal with the 91 523 doesn't work out-just letting everyone know why I want to get rid of the early 523, don't need it. And why if I was already logged in, does this say I don't have permission to post here? I've writtin stuff before, you know you are logged on, you go to post, says you are not logged in. WTF?

Well, managed to get out of that drill! (Saturday, anyway) It is Satuday only, right? Drags, autocross, show, and swap? Correct? What is the start time? I have been to the dirt track 5 years ago, are we talking same area? North of town???!

Awesome! It is Saturday Drag and Show is all I know about it. Im sure there will be parts/products for sell along with food IIRC its 9am and its right off the 169 highway North/Northeastern part of Tulsa heading right to Owasso. The dirt track is further then the drag strip but are close to one another. Been awhile sense i've been out there myself

Im about to get oil pressure built up then its just throwing in the axles and connecting the oil return hose! She will be in stock form for the most part(MBC is hooked up though)lol! But she should be there... need help for a custom tag though

Ok, I MAPQUEST'd it, s/w side. And since I am going there, anybody need a r/f Dayton (89) fender? I'll grab it if somebody needs it, Maybe this aint the place for it, but since I will be there anyway, anybody need sintored MP rockers, new? (I'm going roller) and new MP valve retainers? new 314 cam? I know, short notice, I'll probably post this for sale soon on the proper place, seeing as I now know I won't need this all. How about PDQ4CYL? Or, pdq4a4?

Yea I'm not there either.I'm putting my cam header and mod'ed intake(dual plane) on today. I have a Comp 280H cam MP's long tube header. Might even bore the carb some. Now if I could just find some dual side drafts for about 20 bucks....Hmmmmmm

I couldn't make it due to mechanical gremlins that made my car too unreliable to make the journey. Here's a quick list of the things I have done to my car in the last week that all needed doing (or my car would have been down again).

Shifter Bushings (to keep my shifter cables from coming off the linkages)
Inner CV Boot (leaking)
Trans fluids change
Cooling system flush
Brake Master Cylinder (started bypassing yesterday at lunch) and bleed
Wheel bearing

I still have a few minor things left to fix but nothing that's gonna take it out of commission in the near future. The Master Cylinder and Bearing were last minute things. I thought I was ready to leave but at luch yesterday, my MC started bypassing. That pissed me the hell off! And then when I raised the car to find a lost nut, I found that my LF wheel bearing had 1/2 inch of play in it!!! Needless to say, I was lucky my LF tire didn't fall off....Turning my Neon into a tripod and spinnin' me into a dimension of pissed-off I've never been in before in my life!!!......Sorry, I just had to do that. But yea, I was pretty mad cuz I knew the second I found the bearing issue that I wasn't gonna be able to make it today. It feels like every time I fix the damned thing, i find something else wrong. I think I finally got all the major stuff (knock on wood).

Sorry I couldn't make it there, guys. I really wanted to be there.
