Sweet. Now I am kinda thinking about doing that meet in July, maybe find somewhere in Emporia, just so people might be able to make it from all around. Or maybe Joplin, MO, hell, my brother lives there.

I'm strictly a 4cyl guy but I have acquired a 103K mile A543 from a 90's Daytona so if any of you junkyard scroungers want/need one and while combing the yards and come across an A413 3spd non-lock for my '84 Lebaron ragtop that works I'd trade for it. I'll throw in the shifter and some good shift cables/bracket! I'm in Independence, MO just east of KCMO.

Depending on what it is, I think I may have a A413 that came out of an 87 Lancer, but I have a feeling it may not work, since it is a large spline car. But I am pretty sure it works fine, but I would part with it for cheap if wanted. And if I can get the radiator fixed on the Rampage, I am going to bring it up on Saturday, and I can have the transmission.

Clayton, do you even have to ask. Where there is a party, and TD's are involved. It will take something short of a Hurricane to stop me from coming. Heck, I made comment to Mike about Penny Beer Night in Stillwater. LOL.

Your '87 won't work as you said unless I were to swap my pump and converter into it. I'd like to upgrade it to a later/stronger A413 auto and better axles. I am hesitant to yank my 2.2 T-1 out because it runs so good. I'm not a street/track racer anymore but appriciate a good runner. I had just tagged/insured it and put new axles/cam/sliders and converted it from 4-lug to 5-lug wheels with new front pads/rear shoes. Got the AC blowing 40F on 100F days last Summer. ALL FOUR POWER WINDOWS WORK AS DOES THE NEW WHITE POWER TOP!!! Found four nice Chrysler wirewheel hubcaps and was about to start sanding/priming for cosmetics and the trannys diff-pin decided to make a mess. This is a 107K mile rustfree car from Colorado and never has been on salty winter roads yet so perhaps this is the cars way of saying NO WINTER DRIVING?

Hubcaps? Come on dude. I have a set of nice eggshell style rims I would be willing to part with now. Since I think I have a set of pumpers coming to me. But I might be able to pack them in if I can get my car working. They are some nice 15" 5 lugs

I had a set of 15in eggshells on it. Like trying to make a silk purse out of a sows' ear.... These old Super K's are better looking left original and wire hubs were pretty much standard on most Lebaron ragtops. Heck, I even had to put a luggage rack on the trunk deck to give it a rearend! But it has grown on me. Grandpa's sleeper. Heres a pic of the eggs on it. I think I have a pic with the wires too if I can find it.

I even tried a PT Cruiser application..... The K-cars are difficult to put decent wheels on and make it look right. But I'm old and set in my ways so..........
