Excellent work, Bob. U da man.
.......Ah....Actually...Ah..........I couldn't do it and a friend of my wifes figured it out. He did it in a Country Buffet parking lot!
But, I did get my boost back. But, now the alternator over and under charges. The needle is constantly up and down. That started on the way home from the grocery store. The car engine was racing all the way to Country Buffet. I have electrical gremlins that "WILL" drive me crazy in a few days from now. I have corrosion on my logic module connectors. Every time I wiggle them or some connections on my PM, I get something completely different on the car.

I was there. It's just with having a Dodge as a daily driver, I don't have a lot of time to post the pictures.
Hopefully the car will give me a break for a couple days and I can get the lawn mowed and the pictures added.
Pretty good meeting though. We had 10-11 cars there. 3 numbered alone. That may have been a first.
Well, I better see if I can get my elusive boost back again. Hopefully get the RPM's down under 3,500 at an idle too.

I replaced the starter in the Red Racer today. Pops right off now. Nice to drive that again, my last tank was 28/mpg.

However, I need some ideas on why the car would be running rich. I am nearly certain I have the A/F guage connected correctly (wired to purple wire from 3 wire o2 sensor), but the guage is pegged on 'Rich' all the time. It also has that stinky exhaust smell of being rich. No codes, and all sensors are connected.
I'm gonna get my brother to hook his diagnostic computer up to it tomorrow to check the sensors, but want your opinions.

BTW - My buddy still wants the car. Car sold for $2300 and hes gonna buy the 3" exhaust and new BOV valve from me later. Sale won't go through till next week. I want to clean up the A/F ratio, and fix a super tiny coolant leak before I sell it.

At 28MPG, it sounds like it's running great. But, if it is running rich, I'd look at the coolant sensor or O2 sensor. But then again, at 28 MPG, it probably doesn't run rich that much. Maybe look at the gauge again. Congrats on the sale.

Wow, I wish my GLH got 28 MPG. The last trip I made with it I only got about 25 MPG, but I was boosting quite a bit. Well its motor is on the way to be taken out, checked the compression and on one cylinder it is down to 75 psi. So since we had the compression tester I checked the motor that is going into the GLH and they are all over 140ish. I just hope that I can get the new motor and 520 trans in by CarCraft. I already preregistered. Does anyone know how hard it is to put the 11" vented disks from a Daytona Shelby into an L-body? My parts car just has them sitting there so I keep dreaming.

Not an easy task. The minivan brakes are great and a fast direct bolt in. (Unless I'm doing the job) You'd have to get the spindles from an 11" brake car, machined down so they'd be able to fit the L-body struts.

Okay, but I thought I heard something about using the Daytona spindle and strut and using the L-body top plate thing. I will have to do alot more research before I do it.

I'm also preregistered.
But, my car hates me and is kicking the crap out of me. I spent a couple hours tonight cleaning all the pins on the logic and power modules and making sure the connectors were clean and tight. I finally was able to drive the car and not have the thing reving to 3500 R's or having the engine/power loss light go on and off. That's what it did today on the way home from work. I had good boost a few nights ago, but other things were going haywire. Now I'm back to 5 lbs of boost. And my Oil pressure gauge is pinned as high as it will go. I think the sender went belly up.
But, I did adjust the headlights tonight and not have any problems.
Pretty pathetic huh?

Wow, the Shelby just likes to be dramatic. It definitly has some wireing gremlins. Did you figure out everything with the GTC? I hope you get the Shelby fixed by next weekend. I also hope I get my car together and Jason gets his calibration from Cindy so we can take his car to Car Craft also.

I havent even tried. I put the door on that car and that was about it. The fender is still loose and It still doesn't run. The Shelby has been keeping me busy.
There was one broken connector in the blue connector going to the LM. I'm pretty sure that wasn't getting a very (if any) good connection. I repaired that. There was a lot of corrosion on the pins also. I don't think I can get them any better. So, I still have to find out where my boost went. I have no idea what I did to get it to work a few nights ago. I wiggled and replugged so many different things and it just started working.
A few nights ago, I was tired of low boost so I hooked a second solenoid and lets just say, when I hit the horn, I had 5 extra lbs of boost!

Hey Chris, You moved back to MN!
There's nothing to do here. Most of us just sit around and dream about leaving.
