Well, it looks like it is overwhelmingly Bithlo..

If it keeps up like it is, I would like to say Friday the 13th... Test and Tune... 10 bucks to get in, 5 more to run..

6-10:30

I usually get about 6-8 runs in...

I get there usually about 4:30ish.. just to hang out and eat...

I iwll take a look to see if there are any good grub (Err Beer) places around.. Unless someone is more familiar with the area..
It may still change, but it looks pretty decisive...

Dropme a line if you have a better idea, or you wanna shoot me an idea regarding the club...

Thanks!!

is the track in Bithlo a 1/4 or 1/8?

i WILL have a different exhaust when we head down there .... and the car will be mostly clean, thats for **** sure..

oh, btw guys, got my first real kill with the boost working .... a Turbo Dodge 600 Convertible. :big grin: Anywho ... yeah ... IM OFF ON A FRIDAY!!!

Bithlo is East of Orlando on Hwy 50. The meet that you came to in Ocoee was West of Orlando on Hwy 50.

I see your point.. The problem with Clearwater (Or anything West Coast) is this. The last 2 meets we have had have been on the West Coast.. The First meet we had was in Ocoee. (Which ofcourse, is not West Coast) Personally, that drive is hard as hell coming back to Melbourne when I leave at midnight..
Not to say there will not be any more West Coast meets, but, for now, Central and East Coast is where I (and others) think they should be. Ofcourse there will be more in other places, but for this next meet, I have a few surprises lined up that I could not make happen on the West Coast.. Hope you guys like Surprises, because.. Brother.. You guys will love these..

More Hints to come.. :big grin: "thumbs up

yeah, some guys have driven what, four hours to get to the last two meets? as much as i'd like to have them in my backyard every time, we gotta spread them out.

**UPDATE** finally changed that axle and she's smooth as glass. if nothing else breaks, i might actually be able to run at bithlo!!!

what is the prospective date for this so i can request off from work?
thanks

You ****ers, you cant make the date feb 13th... its rifht before valentines day! who is going to pay for racing, and THEN buy their wife/girl **** the next day!!

We need to make it the week AFTER!

I say, do it on the 21st?

P.S on my tranny:

somehow the torque converter got stuck on the pump and would NOT COME OUT, so i had to ruin the case.. luckly i sitll have that tbi tranny.. I have swapped the internals to that tranny. I am ordering a rebuild kit today for it, which should come in tomorrow. I dont know if i'll try 5 clutches or not, but we'll see. I've made one modification per omniturbo.com - that is, tapping the holes (10x1.5mm is the perfect size!) and cutting off a bolt, slotting the head, and using silicone to seal the threads thus completely blocking the accumulator and negating any of the shift softening action it would have.

As far as the old parts? the front band was worn so bad it had started eating into the metal. there are burn marks on the OTHER SIDE!

this ofcourse means, the front clutch housing was scarred up pretty bad.. so waht'd i do? I shoved that mofugga on the brake lathe and turned the son-bitch! like new! now all I need is my kit and she'll be ready to go..

In any of you local guys are interested, a few of us are heading down to DeSoto for the test and tune this Saturday morning. I am going down with a couple of other R/Ts and a few Nissan Maximas.
