I am cutting my exhaust off as well, then replacing it with 3 inch from the turbo back. It will be side exit so I don' t have to go over the rear axle. Should work out fairly nice. Are you just going to run straight off the downpipe?

No, I was thinking of cutting the cat off see if that makes the boost go up, if it does, I'll take the cat and gut it and clamp it back on the system for now. I'm going to order a 3" SS exhaust from FWD and a 3" cat as well. Yeah hopefully I'll be done working on the car by that night. I'm getting tired of fixing all the screwed up stuff on it from the previous owner.
