Car Wars in Clay City, KY May 23rd

The first Car Wars race is coming this next sunday (May 23rd).
If you've never been to this, it is a *Street Car* war event. Brackets and Quick 8's.

Car must have slicks 10.5w or less or street tires or drag radials.
Must have muffler(s).

Last year I only qualified in 6th position in the power adders quick 8. That was with a 11.42. Ended up finishing in 2nd place (most quys can't cut a light...only way I made it that far). But I was up against a 9.90sec Conquest! I tree'd him....but he flew by me!!

There is also a Pure Street sport compact class. OEM power adders allowed (turbo dodges!). Must run OEM type tires though...

Saturday the 22nd is the AMA 1/2 mile dirt track at Florence Speedway....

Sideways bikes at 100MPH....
