THat's why for the locals or anyone less than 1 or so away we can get some BF and then still go to the park and meet everyone. We would have to get to the Park before 10 to get a good spot. I was just there Father's day and @ 10:30 the good spots were all taken.

We need to make a correction here!

Ft. DeSoto is not in Bradenton. It is in St. Petersburg.

There is much confusion over "DeSoto"!

When I suggested "DeSoto", I meant the old "DeSoto track", which is now called Bradenton Motorsports Park. Much fancier name, but same place.

They generally have Saturday monring test and tune sessions and that is why I suggested an early monring Cracker Barrel breakfast, then a caravan down to the track. The track gates open at 9AM, thus the reasoning behind the breakfast beforehand. This is my vote as I do this same routine a few times a year with some other car bud's and its always a great time, even if you dont want to run your car and just want to watch.

Opps..Well I put Fort Desoto State Park and Brandenton Test and tune. Hopefully that fixed the confusion
