I am planning on it as well. Who else wants to go? Want to cruise down together?

I plan on being there, not sure if I'll be racing or just spectating, but I'll be there.

I might be there as a spectator depending on whether or not Kid #2 decides to make an early appearance in the Culkin household!

By the way, Mike...we were talking about you at our club meeting this week. There was a guy in the restaurant that looked just like you, which started a fun conversation of various Mike Marra and the Mighty Contraption stories! Bill Cuttita had a few good ones!

Please note that in the stories, Mike and the Contraption (note: this would make a good name for a rock band) always go fast no matter what's mechanically wrong with the car.

Sorta like a TD version of Initial D.

My favorite was in the staging lanes at Cecil while looking under the hood of the Contraption....

Me: Hey Mike, do you smell coolant?
Mike: Yup. (shakes his head and closes the hood)

Mike then blasts off an 11.7!

By the way, it's looking like I may be making some passes after all in the Turbo Couch on Saturday. What I thought was going to be a difficult fix turned out to be pretty easy, so I'm up for a few passes as long as the new kid doesn't arrive early.

I was planning on going to the sport compact event at E-town on Sunday. Maybe I can squeeze this one in as well.
