Funny how much we like these PITA cars, isn't it. Good luck to you. We are almost done, and would have been if I would have made sure the torque converter was the whole way back in after changing the front seal.
Thanks to Matt and the six guys from the DV SDAC that did stop by. Saved us some work and I definately appreciate the advice and help.

There is no reason to take the blame, we both made the mistake. The important thing is to learn from it and not do it again. "We'll get there" (I bet you heard that way too many times during the weekend!) I learned a lot this weekend too.

Hey guys, any interest in comin' across state to meet up with us western guys on April 16th? The motor thrashing would've been fun, too bad I wouldn't have known about it sooner, or else maybe we woudn't have scheduled our meeting on that day and instead formed a road trip out to help younz out!

Good deal Joe, great to meet you and the gang.
Just remember to never ever again admit that you are bad at directions, you will give men in general a bad name.

I personally cannot get there on the 16th, and will watch for your events. The DV crew is about 2 hrs away from me and hold events in my area, while you are 4 hrs away so logistics are a little easier in the easterly direction (and my wife can visit relatives while I play!)
If I don't catch up to you before then, see you at SDAC 15?

Glad to hear everything is working out.

Sorry I couldn't make it.

Maybe we could all plan another get-together as soon as spring/summer fully takes over.

No prob, will be thrashing my stuff a whole lot in the weeks to come. LMK if you are ever going to be in the neighborhood, or perhaps I or someone else can diagnose your car problems online. Manual or automatic? There really isn't too much that can go wrong with backlup lights. Try posting in one of the help sections, or LMK.
Regards,
Denny

Sounds like a plan, especially when I get the pool open and my pole bldg up.
My wife was disappointed she had to work and didn't get to participate too much. Good excuse for family outing in the future.
