Ok, I went to the track last night. there was a threatening thunderstorm peaking over the mountain to the west so I needed to get my run in fast, fortunately I was the first one in my lane. I was racing a modded srt-4. results are like this.
----------Mine--------srt-4
60 ft-----1.932-------2.430 It was lazy out of the hole, I only launched a 8lbs and the track wasn't hooking up worth a crap because it was cold
330------5.182--------6.183
1/8----7.882@91.06---9.206@81.09 There could have been more here, it was breaking up
1000-----10.241------11.827
1/4 ----12.296@108.12--14.42@100.51

It started breaking up bad at the top of the track it felt like I was hitting the rev limiter, I looked down and I was only at 6000 rpm there was no way, also my hatch opened up and was all the way open for the second half of the track it looked kinda funny LOL! This could have been my 11 second pass. I found out the stuttering was a relay that wasn't grounding properly and cutting fuel/ignition, I am going to reground this relay and all should be good for 11's next time.. Video will be posted shortly.

Awesome! 108+MPH. When are you going back to the track? BTW... 91mph in the 1/8th is even more impressive. Besides the air resistance of the van hindering you on the 2nd half of the track, it still seems like you did lose some mph from what you said.

That is awesome you are finally having some luck (even if things didnt go perfect)

Seems like no one around here is without their dodge problems.

Still, its way cool that you stomped your old time on a bad run, and you did it at a much higher elevation track.

It's sitting at 28.2 pounds of boost right now, I don't dare go any higher till I have it professionally tuned. I want a good tune at 35-36ish psi. That run could have been way more impressive, I found out what the stutter was at the top of the track, the TPS wire's were messing up it was going from 18-96% throttle position on the FAST. I fixed that, now it's ready for a good tune and 35+psi to get some real times in. hopefully the hatch won't open next time LOL

The list is way too long to go through, but here are the highlights..

stock 2.5 block, crank, rods

menegon bathtub head (I bought from Gus Mahon)

balanced blueprinted, shot peened rods

forged venolias +.030

stephane equal length header (that everybody talked shit on when he posted a thread about it on here) I think it's one of 2 and a friend of mine bought the other one from cindy at fwd performance. (he is putting it on his 86 shelby charger silver with blue stripes)

precision sc61 turbo with the 76 trim turbine and 56 trim stage 5 compressor wheel.

TAFT S3 cam

darrell cox auto with 3.77 gears

race weight 2460 empty

IDK there is way too much more to go into... here's some pics.

I would bet you hit the 11 on a clean pass, look the 17mph
pickup on top end and still hitting a 12.29. Im gonna guess
with a better launch an 11.999 at 110 with an even 20mph
pickup on the big end of track making your 1/8 a 7.76 at 94.

Maybe the hatch flying open is the trick to minivan aerodynamics!

lol yeah maybe there is something to that haha.

I know 11's are in it.. just the way it sits. it needs to hook up better and not break up on the top of the track. and I think the hatch not opening would help too LOL.

SWEET!! And here I was thinking about calling you up just to hear how ol' Cliffy was doing. BTW: I'd be happy to add that video to the TurboMinivan.com site, but I can't see it (due to problems on my computer). Can anyone send me a 'right click, save as' link or something like that so I can grab it and host it accordingly?

Oh, and since I'm here: no, I didn't fall off the face of the earth. However, I have already begun dismantling the Bluesmobile. Its shell will soon be hauled off and crushed.
