Thats right , I finally hit 12's and I know there is more it. This was the first pass off the trailor with the zener diode, but it was still poping /detonating so I switched to a super cold plug but I had a horrible launch then missed 2nd and then it pulled so clean and hard that I actually had a higher mph with a 13.851 than the 12.9 pass. Unfortunatly I only got those 2 passes in so hopefully this Thursday I'll get a little deeper in the 12's. This is still with original cast sluggo pistons running 20 psi on 110 leaded! I think its the fastest one in the world.

wow your really going for that non IC log record pretty hard, that's awesome!!!

Instead of using 110 next time you should step it up to 116 if it is available to you. possibly more boost

Yea I will be turning up the boost, I'm not worried about blowing it up cause I have another motor to put in for a winter project. I can probably get some VP c18 from work, I believe it is 118 octane!!

20 psi and no intercooler, you do have guts!
do you know your race weight?
i'd also be curious as to what your a/f ratio is under these conditions.

Well I did it again!, new record for et and mph on 22psi
best et----12.804 @ 100.94 ,it started to miss about 100ft before the strip.
best mph--106.65 on a 12.839 pass.

All in all I had 15 passes in the 12's out of 28 runs. and it still drove up on the trailer!! I dont know why it didnt blow something up. Maybe I'll bring it to Turbopolluza.

You should get a 3'' TU swingvalve and 3'' exhaust! Try to free everything else up thats possible. And as somebody mentioned before some water injection wouldn't be a bad idea.
