That guy is a tool. This video allways pops up on the BMW boards. And the driveshaft shouldn't be much of a threat cause the exhaust covers 80% of the driveshaft on BMW e30's.

Just took some time to surf some old clips and finally seen this.
Sure it can happen. I remember the time it happened to me. About a week after I performed my own lobotomy!!!!
I had wonderful results in both cases.
My Omni....she new to stay off my back tho'

I'm all for stupid people ridding the world of themselves, as long as nobody else gets hurt of course. But it's people like this that end up getting racing events shut down. I can guarantee you that if some moron did that at the local autocross event here, they'd never let us run within the county again (and we'd likely get banned from other venues too).
