How to post a youtube video

Goto youtube, find the video you like. Grab the youtube code
http://www.youtube.com/watchv/VPoKI8g5WiU
Now click the you tube icon in the editor, you will see a [.yt] and [./yt]
Between those enter the code from the youtube link after the = sign
http://www.youtube.com/watchv/VPoKI8g5WiU

VPoKI8g5WiU
[.yt]VPoKI8g5WiU[./yt]
Now, make sure to remove the . from the square brackets. and all will work perfect.
