Yeah he can bench 1000lbs, but pick his own nose or scratch his own butt?

Dude's arms have no flexibility...he had to bend his wrist over just to get the mic to his mouth.

Because he was wearing a bench shirt they constrict movement, designed specifically for bench pressing.
He's probably not the most flexible guy in the world, but the guys who have really bad flexibility are the body builders

The head tech at our dealership is a big guy, well over 300lbs, and he's one of the most flexable people i've ever met, he can crawl his 6' 2" body right under any dash you throw at him, it amazes me he ever gets out heh.
