Dodge Daytona 20 psi

1989 Dodge Daytona 2.2 TII
Performance Mods:
Boost Button Cal
+40 injectors
3-bar map
2.5" catless exhaust (Dynomax superturbo muffler)
BOV
FMIC

Sorry for the short shifts in every gear. You can't tell by the camera angle, but I let off at 100 mph. (0-100 in 14 seconds, not bad for the short shifting)

Re: Dodge Daytona 20 psi

Love it. I paid particular attention to your boost gauge, shoots right up, and you're doing it with a 2.5" exhaust. Not knocking the 3", but clearly the 2.5" is very capable. Also using the stock TII turbo correct...?

It has no problems running 20 psi that's for sure. The turbo is the stock Garrett turbo. Swingvalve is also stock.

Ah. Are you still in Lacrosse? If you decide to run it at Rock Falls let me know. I'd join you with my GLH.

I am in LaCrosse. I was looking to go to Rock Falls this summer. I really want a 13.XX slip! Have you been to Rock Falls before? I haven't been to a track yet so I didn't know what to expect or what I should bring.

Re: Dodge Daytona 20 psi

Rock Falls is good because its close. But, maybe you should just plan to go to SDAC with us MN guys. We are going to caravan there. No hard details yet, but we will finalize them soon. You should bring your car to Mopars in the Park on May 31/June 1. That's when we will get our plan together.

As for the track, bring a Snell 2005 or newer helmet and slicks.
