TurboRabbit is keeping the peace
My 05 neon srt4 gives code p0234 for overboost when it reaches 12 psi why this, do I need to flash my Pcm

sloshadow90 is keeping the peace
you should try to reset it. pull a cable off the battery leave it off for like 10 minutes. that should reset the pcm. I thought it would give the code over 18 or so if its not tuned for it. I could be wrong though, but 12 seems wayyyy low

The 05's are finicky. A tune will take care of it. The 93 octane tune I used for those cars via diablo takes care of that over boost code. For whatever reason, the 05's are more sensitive to it then previous years.
