Bought the parts from Lowes this morning using GLHS's parts list.
With the exception of a few parts.
I bought a rubber elbow, and eliminated the glue and rubber connector.

rubber elbow = #1191801817 $5.49
connector = $.93
plug = $.58
tire valve(from Wally world) $2.85
Total = $ 9.85
Don't know how to get it any cheaper/easier than that.
Hardest part was talking my wife into letting me stop at WalMart.
Now to try it out.

Yep, best yet My Lowes was out of those elbows in 2 inch when I went And I had slight concerns about the elbow taking 20 psi. Most likely I'm paranoid

Turbo outlet was so loose, I'm not sure how it stayed on.
Same for the IC hot side.
I installed stage 2 w/o toys a month ago, and my impression was, eh.
Would hit 15 psi and drop like a rock.
Now it holds 15 psi all the way to redline.
It destroys the tires in second gear. If you haven't checked the
hoses, do it soon.
Thanks GLHS, for the parts list.

15 in these temps seems dead on. Come spring (or a trip to FL) you should see about 16-17. Should just hit target boost and hold.

GLHS,

I tested last night to see if I could find the limit to the rubber hose.
At 18 PSI, as usual the Mopar BOP was leaking, but also my
#1 injector was leaking too.
Ever had this when testing?

BTW, the rubber hose started to straighten out a little, but it held
no problem. Not sure about 20 PSI.

Thanks!

There is one way to get it cheaper than that. All you need is one rubber cap for 2" pvc pipe. It will actually be 2.5" ID. Slip that over the compressor inlet. Run your compressed air into the green vacuum line to the compressor housing, and pressurize the system. Done. Total cost under $3

I made a variation of this v3 tester last week. It has a male air compressor hookup, rather than the tire valve, and did use the rubber street elbow. I ran it at 20 psi regulated, and found that my stock BPV was leaking, the catch can connections were leaking, and so was the hot side IC connection. Fixed all that, and the car is much quicker to spool. Thanks to all who figured this out. I like having more tools in the garage

Kieth, I would pull that injector and check the O-ring. Neil, thats why I used the threaded cleanout plugs. I have one cap with a tire valve, and one with a male air fitting.
