Ok, why is it that I can only remember this equation when it's already snowed.
(srt4 + stocktires) + (2insnow - snowplow) x 30mindrive = SUCKS!!!!

I've been procrastinating about putting on my snow tires and now it bit me in the ass. I just spent the last 30min out in the snow getting wet and cold putting them on as the town was nice enough to do a shitty job plowing. I swear one of these years I'm gonna make good on my promise to move somewhere without snow.

At least you got to drive it!

Here's my LS1 math, using your formula, sorta:
LS1 + any snow = 0 MPH

Snow+East coast salt = Bye bye car! Wanna drive in the snow, move to a state that doesn't throw salt on the road

I used a set of 15" speedlines that my old man had laying around. They cleared the calipers with almost a 1/4" to spare. Nice to be able to go more than 15mph when you've got more than 1/32nd of snow on the ground

Maybe you should have kept the t3 car. Fast and still driveable in the snow.

Luckily CT is cheap (and enfield even more so, ALL sand) they use either a salt/sand mix or just sand. Almost cost them lots of money when the families of some student athletes sued after they died in a car crash in a snow storm. Claimed it was because the state was using a mix instead of straight salt.
