how much of a pain and what needs to be fabricated?
to put a srt motor and trans into a 92 daytona

The motor shouldn't be too much of a problem, check this out...

1989 daytona shelby 2.4

Who knows about the trans though, it's dimensions aren't anything like the early sticks and it uses different size axles. You would be better off using a 555 or a 568 like this...

awesome work, I am really impressed, My buildup will contain 2.4 srt motor
gt35r turbo front mount and sds efi, anybody know where I can get an srt4 motor???

well i used to have an89 csx that ran mid 11's with an 8 valve...time to step it up

With the automatic you can use your daytona axles.

Very true, but since he seemed to want to run a stick I was trying to point him in a direction that would be more "bolt on" than trying to fit a t-850 in an early car.
