For starters I know enough to get into trouble when it comes to the specifics between models of mitsu turbos, so before purchasing anything based on my knowledge, it's best to call someone like the g-pop shop and confirm.
With that said, there are a few different versions of many mitsu turbine wheel/shafts. Some do have different sizes (ie td05 vs a td05hlr) but another consideration is again, that the srt-4 has reverse rotation turbo's that really limit your upgrade/swap options. Essentially some evo turbo components or custom solutions are all that are available for these turbos assuming you want to use the stock manifolds.
As far as the difference goes between a left hand and right hand rotation, there should be no performance advantages that I know of.
