SRT's don't have tach output wires, the gauges get everything over the bus. You can probably tap into one of the two outside wires on the coilpack, just make sure the boost controller can trigger off of a coil wire and remember that you'll have to set it to count each pulse as two revolutions. The fuel pressure regulator is the big round silver thing on the outside of the fuel pump module on the tank. The SRT system is returnless, and I don't think you can modify the regulator for higher pressures.
