Problems to find a dealer for 2.4 ARP main studs

Hi guys, I'm looking for the main studs in order to start building my project, but I got some troubles finding a dealer for this because it is a custom made kit...

I called ARP and they sell this kit like 225 dlls, I find this kind of expensive because I talked 2 weeks ago with someone else and he was selling me this kit for 150 dlls but he doesn't accept paypal as payment method...

The items are (found this info on 2GNT):

QTY 10: M8 stud: AF3.725-1B
QTY 1: 5/16" ID | 13/16" OD washer kit (no Chamfer): 200-8588
QTY 10: M8 nut: 300-8340

QTY 10: M11 stud: ATP4.000-1LB
QTY 10: M11 washer: 200-8510
QTY 10: M11 nut: 300-8303

Any kind of help will be appreciated...
