The red lettering SRT-4 on black background on engine: what is it considered?
Can't find it anywhere in the part book. Is it a separate part or part of something else? Anybody have one off to see if it has a # on it?

I think its called the fuel rail cover, and its just a big piece of black plastic mainly for looks. The red lettering paint always wears off from engine bay heat.

I looked up the receipt from when I replaced mine.

5045031AA Cover-Injector Harness $ 145.23 on 23 APR 2009

Its an expensive piece of plastic, but newly painted red letters makes your engine bay look better.

Heh, I'll sell you mine for $150. It's a bit worn, but I assume the dealer isn't stocking it anymore.
