It would be fairly easy to slap a readily available 2.4 turbo manifold (or stock 'turbofold' from PT turbo or SRT4) on your existing motor and tune it with an AEM FIC. I would say that would be the cheapest option. With good tuning and mild boost you will not need to open the motor or swap any internals. You would need bigger fuel injectors, a wideband oxygen sensor, and an intercooler and associated plumbing at a minimum.

What kind of odyssey is it? Is it modified? If it's stock you should be able to beat it with a fairly basic turbo setup as most 3.5L odysseys will only run low 16s, into the high 15s at best (in the 1/4 mile).

I'd get a whole PT or SRT engine.
