The basslink. Basically the same thing as the kicker system.
I just bought a sub and put it in my truck the other day. I bought an elemental designs ( www.edesignaudio.com) 10 inch sub for like $160 or so shipped, and stuck a 350 watt amp on it. The sub only uses a .55 cubic feet enclosure (which is pretty darn tiny) and I'd put it up against 2 of those basslinks.
In my last car, I had a nice 12 inch sub which took a cube, and I managed to build a box that went right behind the rear seat, and only extended about 6 inches into the trunk.
It seems to me that these little 'pre packaged' subs are never going to get you where you want.
Unless, you just want a little bass, then i suppose they're good enough.
