Kicker Livin Loud system

anyone have any idea what type of wiring the livin loud system uses in the srt-4's? i have an '04 that was made early on in the year that does not have the system. i see them on ebay all the time and would like to pick one up at a decent price but im not sure about the wiring. my car is wired up already for an amp and sub, so im hoping i can just use that!? any info on this would be great. thanks

Don't spend too much on it. The reason you will find them on Ebay is because there are better aftermarket systems.

well my whole issue is trunk space. i could put a nasty system in there if i didnt care about it taking up my entire trunk. a buddy of mine works at circut city and said they now sell a 10 inch infinity with an amp attached that pounds, so im going to look into that.

The basslink. Basically the same thing as the kicker system.

I just bought a sub and put it in my truck the other day. I bought an elemental designs (www.edesignaudio.com) 10 inch sub for like $160 or so shipped, and stuck a 350 watt amp on it. The sub only uses a .55 cubic feet enclosure (which is pretty darn tiny) and I'd put it up against 2 of those basslinks.

In my last car, I had a nice 12 inch sub which took a cube, and I managed to build a box that went right behind the rear seat, and only extended about 6 inches into the trunk.

It seems to me that these little 'pre packaged' subs are never going to get you where you want.

Unless, you just want a little bass, then i suppose they're good enough.

I just picked up an SRT-4 and im having trouble trying to choose a system for it. In my 89 shadow i have 2 audiobahn subs mounted facing down in the spair tire well... its a nice fit and their are no external boxees so i can still put my back pack in it for school... as for my srt-4 im going with just 2 8" tucked in the corners of the trunk.. it shall be fun
