Had a couple SRT's on the dyno today from MNSRT4.Com.

Last year, when I was stock, I dynoed 235hp and 252ft/lbs.

Since then I have added a 3" electric cut-out dump and a Stage 2 WGA.

My first pull, I dynoed 261.4hp and 282.2fl/lbs.

Then the computer decided that I probably shouldn't be boosting as high as I was since the WGA is off a bit. So I dropped about 4-5psi on the second pull and dynoed 232.0hp and 261.2ft/lbs.

Then we reset my ECU and I put down 237.4hp and 303.9ft/lbs.

I think it's time to invest in Stage 1!!

I'll post some pictures and my HP and Torque and HP and Air/Fuel plots as soon as I get home to scan them.

Damn, who works on your car?

I was really inpressed with the first run, now I just need to figure out how to get a better HP/torque curve and not have the computer pull back so much. I think a boost controller will help and I am sure stage one won't hurt either. Anyone have any tips on what we should do to get more consistant numbers and a better curve? Keep in mind we are on a VERY SLIM budget.

Thanks,
Ryan Johnson (Shay's boyfriend )

<----Sits back and watchs the shit fly between Shay and Ryan. LOL!

So I took my SRT out yesterday, and after hearing Shay's dyno results, I'm pretty sure I'm going to be ordering some parts soon. I'm thinking a very similar build. S1 PCM, S2 WGA, full exhaust, and maybe a grainger valve.

Seriously, that's the way to go. All those kids spent $1200 on Stage 2 and I dynoed more than most of the them!! They also have a way nicer looking curve though.

I'm still decided between going S2 w/o toys or just S1. If I get S2, I'll sell you my WGA from it since I already have one. But I'm in no rush, really, so I probably won't get it until the end of this summer. Who knows though, I'll probably get anxious for it and get it juuuuust as soon as Ryan pays me back. Hahaha.

It would be nice to get it before we race at the track. Mark when does Brainerd start the Wednesday street car races? Can't wait to come up again!

It'd be nice if the wires didn't come in through the door.

Wow... looks like i need to reset my ECU at the track! My S2 WGA actuator worked nice for the first couple WOT stabs, but its back to stock boost levels now. Will have to give that a shot!

See mike, I told you re setting the computer works. How do you think I get 103-104 mph in the 1/4 with a stage 0?? Gotta reset that computer. Works everytime for me.

I had the same problem when I changed WGA's, so I put together a pseudo-dual stage setup and it works great, computer controls the boost until it hit's around 11/12 psi (WOT in 2nd+ in other words) then a presure switch closes and reroutes the wastegate lines through a grainer set to 17/18 psi, low boost in first for great traction, part throttle driveability and when you punch it from 30 in 2nd it takes off like a rocket, until it breaks them loose at the top of second and on the 2-3 shift. Just need to work on my wheel hop now.

You were right, Andre. I will accept this as proof. My one local buddy who is buds with one of the PVO guys says that resetting the computer slows the car down. It's just not so apparently.
