I just bought an 05 SRT-4 so I'm thinking of selling my 03 SRT-4, what would be a good asking price. I see them for sale all the time, but I don't know what people are really paying for them, plus mine has a lot of mods, low miles and well taken care of.
here is the list:
2003 Srt-4, yellow with viper seats 21,000 miles
Stage 2 with toys
Monster IC
Adj. FPR set-up with s/s fuel lines, gauge, 255 fuel pump
Upgrade compressor wheel in stock turbo (EVO wheel, flows more)
K&N Typhoon CAI
Pillar pod with autometer/SRT oil pressure and AF gauges
Shorthrow shifter
Eibach lowering springs
17x7.5 wheels with 225/45/17 tires (nitto NEOGEN's, but worn pretty good)
Crossdrilled and slotted rotors at all 4 corners
clear 3rd brake lens, clear marker lights
BOV blocked off, TurboXS BOV installed
TurboXS boost controller
Poly filled motor mounts (upper, lower, and trans mount)
DC sports front strut bar
Suspension techniques larger rear sway bar
Magnecor ingintion wires
Carbon fiber hood
3" exhaust inlcuding 3" O2 outlet, AGP dp with hi flow cat, 3" out all the way to the bumper, stock tips for stealth look.
Ran the car stock once at strip, ran 14.10's, now runs like a bat outta hell, but I haven't taken it to the track and I don't beat on it, I usually have to drive with 3 kids in the car, so it is not beat to hell like some punk kid owned it. But i think it would run 12's easily
Do you think I could get $18,000 for it?
Thanks,
Cindy

I guess I'll put it for sale for $18,500 and see what happens.
Thanks,

Figure it's a 2 year old car thats been modified with no warranty. Modified 04's are going for 14k. I'd say 10-12k for a modified 03. If ya don't mind me asking, why did you get an 05 when your 03 still had low miles and was modified beyond 2k5 status? You'll be taking the depreciation hit twice on almost the same car.

well let's just say, I came across a deal too good to pass up!!!
I'm going to put it for sale locally. I know several people that have paid 17,000-20000 for used stock SRT-4's with low miles, so I'll just see what happens. I have not seen any srt-4s 03's or 04's stock or not stock sell for under $14k, at least not down here. Worse comes to worse, I'll have 2 srt-4's. They will go nice with my other 12 cars and a truck!!!! mmmmmm........I might have to sell some shelby's too.....
later,
Cindy

Do unmodified versions go for less? Where do you see them for sale for these prices? 'Mind pointing me in that direction?

I have been looking for a low mileage used SRT-4 and a 2004 I just looked at has 11k miles and Dodge will transfer the factory warranty over to me for a fee $50-$100 don't remember and it has been on the lot for 6 weeks and they are only asking $15,300 and the used car manager was still wanting to deal with or without trade. But this dealer still has 5 new 2004s he can't sell either as of 2 weeks ago and they have them stickered on the window at $19,200 and 1.9% at 60 months.

Not to highjack Cindy.
Look on SRTForums.com.(If you dare)
There are new cars for sale every day.
There was an 05 on there last week with like
300 miles. Talk about losing your butt!

yes, it was that car. I'm hoping to get out under 5k to fix it.
I won't know until the car gets here, but I have been lining parts.
Later,
Cindy
