Car Craft is an annual thing held at the State Fair Grounds.
I'd say sign up on MNSRT4.Com and check out our events section in the Spring.
It doesn't really matter that you don't have an SRT, just introduce yourself. My boyfriend would probably like to have you around since he's got a Spirit R/T.
