If you want to replace them with OEM parts, I believe that the bushings are not serviced. You can however burn out the origial bushings and replace them with aftermarket units from Prothane or Energy Suspension.

Yes the rear bushings (the ones that like to separate) are available separately.It's not that hard to do once the arm is out. Torch, air chisel, hammer and a close supply of water to quench the arm and help "freeze" it on to the bushing are all that's needed. This applies to all 2000 and up PL and PT bodies. Mopar recommends a specail press that doesn't work. good luck!
