Car looks clean. Judging by the looks of it, plus the fact of the rebuilt engine. I should think you would not have a problem getting 5,500 or better out of it.
Now that I see it, that car looks really familiar. Did it originally come from the Chicago area?

Prices seem to be rising on Turbo Dodges lately, might be worth holding on for a bit longer.

Bill,
Based on the rebuild, Leather Interior (assume no rips), US Dealer Show Car Tag and overall condition (not sure how the paint is other than the 2 pics), I am thinking $6000-$6500. Just my opinion.

+1 My RT was in slimilar conditon, and the motor had also been rebuilt 10,000 miles before I bought it. I had no problem paying 6250 for my RT and that was two years ago.

I am having trouble getting rid of a pretty decent IROC R/T that is in need of work. I'm only asking $1700. People keep telling me stuff like "yea yea yea I'll take it" but then they never show up, or the wife changed her mind, or it turns out they won't be able to come up with the $$$ or something.
Its a different story when they don't have any problems and are nice inside/out. If I put $4k into my $1700 car it'd be pretty darn nice. I can do a lot with $4k.

+1 I think 5500 is the least I would let it go for.

Old car trader says my Shelby Charger is only worth $250. I don't see the values of the turbo Dodges going up at all, so if you get a 5 grand offer, better take it.
When I bought my Shelby new, I chose it because it was quicker than the 305-powered F-body cars at the time, and 7 grand cheaper. But thinking the famous "Shelby" name would boost its future value turned out to be a pipe dream.
I'd love to own a T3 IROC R/T Daytona! I test drove one years ago and remember it as having very healthy power, and it seemed like it was the pinnacle of the Daytona design. Everything I didn't like about the older Daytonas were "fixed" when they came out with the IROC. Right up until they "ruined" the Daytona by replacing the T3 turbo engine with the V6.
The only Daytona I liked better was the one Chrysler put a Lamborghini V8 in and RWD-converted it.
