you can probably buy something similiar to replace the tube. the little arm on the snorkle breaks on a lot of them

Raven,

I've used aluminum tape to repair mine, before. You can get it at Home Depot in the A/C duct section. It forms pretty good because it's thin aluminum (thicker than aluminun foil) and the adhesive will stick to anything. It will get you through until you can find a suitable replacement.

This does not have a Mass Air Flow (MAF Sensor) it uses a Manifold absolute Pressure (MAP Sensor) So it will not affect performance. As long as the air filter is hooked up you should be fine. FWD should be able to sell you an upgraded air Intake System?

I told him, he didn't believe me! You don't need the snorkle. If yours is still nice put it in the attic

Okay that is where your ECU is. That is the brain that runs your car. No sensors just the computer. There is a lot of useful stuff on this web site to learn about your car. You may want to go to the links section as well. If we can help in anyway we will.

Cooling is the only purpose, think of it as a PC from 92 compared to a PC in 2006. 2006 runs alot better and quicker.
