My Iroc R/T runs great, only other than the fact that I cant control the boost. sometimes it seems like it will hold a constant pressure and not climb and other times it shoots right up to 19PSI. IT wouldnt be bad if I could run 19 at WOT and have the car not Overboost. This is the only thing keeping me from running my car and finishing a 1/4. the minute i stomp the gas the boost shoots right to 12 then right out to 19psi. it can take the higher boost but only maybe a few sec before the convulsions begin. I replaced the line to the wastegate actuatuor, ive tried tightening and loosening the rod. everything is hooked up. it used to hold 12 and not climb, then one day started doing this and i can't stop it. I dont know what could be the problem

Are you using all the OEM wastegate controls? If so check for cracks in the lines and where the hard plastic lines go into the rubber fittings by the wastegate solenoid on the fender, I had mine pull back and leak even though it looked fine.

thanks wallace, actually i found that was the problem today, but not cant get above 11 consisent which is still not bad considering its pretty ballzy at 11 even. the stock actuator cant hold it it seems, might try to crush the spring in the extra i have then try it

11 is stock boost level if your using OEM controls. I use some springs to pull the wastegate closed, works pretty good too.
