TIII Snorkel Repair

Does anyone have any real-world experience in successfully repairing the TIII Snorkel? Does anyone definitively know what the material is? It appears to be blow molded ABS, but I am making an assumption. I would really like to know so that a suitable adhesive can be used. I have tried a few things and they were failures, epoxies, polyester resin, etc.

Mine was broken where the metal tab attached. My buddy is a body man and fixes a ton of plastic with panel bond. Not totally sure of the exact brand but I can find out if you wish. It is a two part set up and mixes as it comes out in a special tip. The stuff is amazing.
