yea since i removed the factory moldings that had blue but never put blue back on the car, I figured this would be a way to do it..
I built this header cause i planned on running a much larger turbo with 8 injectors on methanol, but that'll wait a little.. but heck yea turbo swaps are cake now!

Its been like Christmas for me this summer with all the stuff I have ordered, but this has probably been my favorite package.

Turbonetics 50 trim T3/T4 with Stg. 2 wheel.

ATP Ultimate internal wastegate with 3" vband setup and their 3" short leg modular pipe. I also have a 3" flex pipe in the mail that I will have use to help line it up to the exisiting exhaust.

Turbonetics large can wastegate actuator with TU's Z bracket. I am not sure if the bracket is going to work.

Just need to figure out how to reclock the turbo, and I can bolt everything up and get the motor in th car!

the bracket will work, getting the exhaust all together is fun. I took the stuff you bought to a performance guy that was into TDs and an 1 hr later after numerous cuts and Tig welding i have a dp that met my stock 3 in pipe. interesting to say the least

Thanks. Thats good to know. I have a couple shops here that I think I could have do it. Its just a matter of figuring out who is interested in doing it. Plus, it doesn't need to be pretty, it just needs to fit.

it makes almost an S shape to get around and under on the right angle and then i have a flex pipe at the botom of the Dp before my stock one to the long pipe. i think mine is made out of about 4 -6 pieces about 2 in mandrel bends welded. its tedious, most places don't wna touch custom work

Well, I think it is indeed a stage 3, but I am going to go ahead and keep it. With how this project has turned out, I think my tires are in for punishemnt either way.

Stock oil feed and return are going to work just fine. I did however turn the center section a bit forward to help ease the fitment. I dont think it should be a problem. I am going to have to figure something creative out for the coolant feed because the stock one probably wont work. I have also found out that the TU's "Z" wastegate actuator bracket doesn't even come close to bolting right up. The bolts on the turbo are too far apart, and the brackets isn't even at the right angle anyways. I will need to add a little bit to one side, and cut a little from the other. Ill fgure it out though. Sure glad I am dealing with it all while the motor is still on the stand!

All four poly bushings mounts should hold everything nice and snug.

Walbro 255, accufab afpr, and +40's for after the break in period.

Well, I hope this fuel pump issue gets resolved. I would hate to put in a crap fuel pump.

Rebuilt 568 with quaife ready to go!

All my coolant and oil lines are ready to go, just need to pick up a 45 degree fitting for the coolant feed to get it right. Wastegate bracket will work, but I need to add a piece to the bottom so it is long enough to reach a second bolt. I also had to drill out the two bolt holes for the actuator because they were to small on the bracket.
